Return Policy/Warranty

Our warranty policy for our goods and parts is very easy to understand and transparent. Below is a summary of our guarantee policy for every item that we sell:

Parts

A lifetime warranty is included with every product we sell. This provides our customers with the assurance that, should a problem arise with the part after they purchase it, they can return it to us for exchange (based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower) or for an exchange. Physical or internal damage is the sole circumstance that could prevent the part from being covered under warranty.

Batteries

a three months warranty is included with every battery we sell. If there is no physical damage to the battery, this guarantee covers any problems that may arise within a year of purchase. Within the first year, you can return the battery to us for an exchange or a credit equal to the 30% of your purchase price.

Tools

every tool we offer is covered by a 30-day warranty. This covers any manufacturing flaws in the tools, and within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item to us for an exchange, or a credit back based on the lower of the purchase price or the current selling price.

Used Devices

our recycled machinery is covered by a 30-day warranty. This protects against any gadget flaws that might arise within 60 days of purchase. Please make sure that any private information, iCloud details, Google login information, and other data are removed from the device before returning it. The amount of the return credit will depend upon the device's selling price on the day that it is received for return.

Exchanges / Restocking Fee

As soon as you receive an email confirming the processing of your exchanges, please get in touch with us so we can arrange for a goods replacement. We charge 30% for restock fee.

Returning a used part / Part not needed

With our guaranteed policy, you may be confident that we will pay for the part even if you return it to us used, with smudges, scratches, or any other kind of wear and tear besides damage. When it comes to unnecessary parts, the same rules apply. Within the warranty term, you can return them and receive a credit back without incurring any fines or returning fees. We provide this extra service so that we can sure our customers don't have to worry when they order parts to stock in their inventory.
